To accommodate more locals, we've added small, personalised group classes to the timetable below. Due to day-time committments currently the class timetable is quite sparse. If you are keen to join in, its best to get in contact and be added to the What's App group for weekly class times.

The strength circuit can be easily adjusted for different fitness levels or to accommodate injury rehab while our 30-minute express HIIT class is ideal for those with prior training experience. Currently you wont see it on the timetable but if you'd love to see it back let us know. Likewise we are open to hearing class time and type requests so please reach out!
