For the highest level of accountability and results, I  recommend one of our online training packages.
 

There are two tiers available, offering different levels of 1:1 support to suit your needs. Each program includes individually tailored training, regular updates, and close progress monitoring - giving you direct access to your coach, no matter where you are.

Personalised Fit Well You Plan

​​

All package options come with a personalised Fit Well You (FWY) Plan developed specifically for you by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist/Exercise Scientist. Your FWY Plan is designed to meet your needs, goals and lifestyle: it’s personalised, challenging but achievable, and do-able in the ‘real world’ of your daily life.

‘Got your Back’ Support

  • Access to your training plan 24/7 via the Training Peaks App.

  • Stay motivated, accountable and safe with unlimited personal follow-up support with your coach via Training Peaks and Whats App.

  • Choose to join a WhatsApp group of clients for extra encouragement, support and fun.

PAYMENT*

Initial online or face-to-face consultation of up to 75 minutes to discuss your goals and develop your personalised FWY Plan (valued at $132, included in your package).

6-week strength, mobility and fitness FWY Plan of set exercises to suit your goals, current level of fitness and/or injury.

 

Where required, multiple programs will be provided for each week to meet specific goals. i.e. a 2-day split program that would break workouts into focus areas of the body.

 

We will review your FWY Plan every 6 weeks and revise as needed.

20 minute telehealth or phone check-in every 4 weeks, to connect, plan for the next training block and troubleshoot any issues.

Ongoing accountability and plan adjustments with coach contact several times a week via the Training Peaks app.

$41.50 per week, billed as a four-week block of $166. No lock-in contract; cancel any time with 4 weeks’ notice (relative to your billing cycle).
